A cheap desert safari in Dubai is easy to find, but the lowest price is not always the best value. This guide explains what a fair price should include, what to check before you pay, and what our own safaris cost. What our prices include

7-hour safari with BBQ dinner: AED 130 per person

Round-trip hotel pickup in a 4x4, dune bashing, sandboarding, a camel ride, and a BBQ dinner with vegetarian options at a Bedouin camp with live shows. A VIP table option is AED 165 per person.

4-hour safari without the camp: AED 95 per person

Round-trip pickup, dune bashing, sandboarding and a camel ride. There is no camp or dinner, which keeps the price lower.

Five things to check before you pay

  1. Pickup: is pickup from your hotel included, or do you have to reach a meeting point yourself?
  2. Dinner: is the BBQ dinner included, with vegetarian options?
  3. Final price: does the price at checkout include VAT and every extra?
  4. Shared or private: shared is priced per person, private is priced per car.
  5. Cancellation: can you cancel for a full refund? With us you can, up to 24 hours before the tour.

How to keep the price low

  • Choose a shared safari, which is the best value for one to four guests.
  • Choose the 4-hour safari if you mainly want the dunes and the photos.
  • Travelling with six guests? A private 4x4 costs AED 780 per car, which is also AED 130 per person.
