• Booking details: tour, date, participants, pickup location, special requests.
• Payment confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe) — we never store full card numbers.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to improve the website.

2. How we use your information

• To process and confirm your booking, and contact you about it.
• To send booking confirmations and, where opted in, WhatsApp updates.
• To respond to enquiries submitted via our contact form.
• To improve our website and Experiences.

3. Sharing

We share booking details with the guides, drivers or partner operators needed to deliver your Experience, and with our payment processor to complete payment. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing leadadventuretour@gmail.com.
