Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lead Adventure Tour website and your booking of any tour, activity or transfer (each, an "Experience") offered by Lead Adventure Tour LLC ("Lead Adventure Tour", "we", "us"). By booking an Experience, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Prices are quoted in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment

• Pay now by card via our secure Stripe checkout.
• Reserve now & pay later, where offered — payment is collected before or on the day of the Experience.
• Pay on arrival, where offered — payment is collected directly at the meeting point.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation terms vary by Experience and are shown at the time of booking and on your confirmation. Where free cancellation is offered, cancellations must be requested before the stated deadline to receive a full refund.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting or pickup point and meet any age, health or fitness requirements stated on the Experience page. Lead Adventure Tour reserves the right to refuse participation where safety requirements are not met.

5. Liability

Experiences involving desert driving, watersports or other physical activity carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions given by guides and drivers.

6. Changes to Experiences

Lead Adventure Tour may modify itineraries, substitute equivalent activities, or reschedule departures due to weather, safety or operational requirements, and will notify affected guests as early as possible.
