Best Dubai Tour Company? What to Check Before You Book Online
By Lead Adventure Tour 2 min read
There are hundreds of tour companies in Dubai, and most of them look similar online. Before you book, check these eight things. They take a few minutes and prevent most problems.
The short answer
Choose a company with a clear free cancellation rule, instant confirmation, an easy way to contact a real person, a final price you can see before paying, and recent reviews on independent websites.
Eight checks
- A real, licensed company. Look for a company name, a Dubai address and a phone or email you can reach. We are Lead Adventure Tour LLC, based in Dubai.
- Free cancellation. Read the rule before you pay. Ours is a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour; see the cancellation policy.
- Instant confirmation. You should receive a confirmation email straight after booking.
- Hotel pickup. Check whether pickup is included and from which areas; see the pickup areas.
- A clear price. Check whether the price is per person or per car, and whether VAT is included.
- What is included. Dinner, activities, entrance tickets and transfers should be listed.
- Independent reviews. Read recent reviews on Tripadvisor and Google, not only on the company's own site.
- Safe payment. Look for card payment, and pay later where it is offered. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you can reserve now and pay later on eligible tours.
