Cancellation Policy

Each Experience has its own cancellation window, shown on the tour page and again at checkout. Most Experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

How to cancel

Use Find Your Booking to look up your reservation, or email leadadventuretour@gmail.com with your booking reference (e.g. LAT-482913). Cancellations requested before the deadline shown on your confirmation are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations made after the free-cancellation deadline, or no-shows, are non-refundable, as availability has already been held exclusively for your group.

Changes made by us

If Lead Adventure Tour cancels an Experience (for example due to weather or safety), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
